Our partnership with Egger is entering an exciting new chapter in our 30th anniversary year.
We've worked with Egger for many years and are a Diamond Distributor with extensive product ranges in our expanded warehouses and bespoke customer ordering and cutting services. Egger products are ideal for many applications across the residential and commercial sectors, and this is reflected in the broad spectrum of trade customers we have.
We've recently launched our innovative new Egger Inspiration Centre on our website, which brings together all of Egger's digital resources and tools in one handy location. You can easily explore and compare Egger décors and textures with virtual samples in 2D and 3D.
New digital resources include the Egger Worktops Finder, a Worktop Visualiser and a Worktop Combination Guide. These worktops are ideal alternatives to solid surfaces with their sophisticated décors, innovation, cost-effectiveness and low maintenance.
Egger worktops come in a range of thickness and are suited for a wide range of interior projects - not just kitchens. They are on-trend, durable and hygienic. They can be used in offices as desks, tables in hospitality interiors, retail counters, student accommodation and bathrooms, for example. Their highly realistic touch and textures make them almost indistinguishable from real wood, stone, marble and granite.
The Egger worktops range is available in 34 décors, three thicknesses of 16mm, 25mm and 38mm and two profiles. The elegant 16mm MDF square edge range is double sided and ideal for waterfall islands, shelving and side panels. Matching décors are available as 38mm MFC postformed worktops. This enables on-trend thick and thin finishes for interior installs.
Four Halifax Oak décors from Egger's Feelwood range are available as MFC square edged worktops. These are incredibly realistic to real oak yet easy to maintain.
The standard Egger worktop length is 4100mm but the 38mm MFC post formed worktops are also available in 3050mm length in 24 décors.
Timber sustainability and responsible, greener business practices are increasingly important to business and consumer purchasers when making decisions, especially younger buyers. By showing awareness of sustainability measures and practices, it's possible to connect effectively with growing public opinion and distinguish your business from competitors.
So, it's worth letting end-consumers know that all Egger worktops are PEFC certified and made using renewable material (88%). The 38mm worktops can all be recycled and the range has furniture industry FIRA Gold Award for product testing and quality. These are strong selling points in addition to the excellent Egger designs and décors.
Installation accessories are available to support Egger worktop projects. These include two installation kits (one for the 16mm worktops, the other for the 25mm and 38mm versions) and EggerSeal waterproof sealant and adhesive. When used with the Egger Worktop Fitting Guide it ensures worktops have a 10-year guarantee.
