Most of the chipboard we process and distribute is melamine faced chipboard (MFC), a fine grade chipboard finished with a melamine surface, making it ideal for interior fitted furniture projects such as kitchens and bedrooms, and in retail and hospitality.

Our extensive range of décors can be co-ordinated with real wood, or our vinyl wrapped Aspire, Avanti, and Aspects doors, or our Glide sliding doors.

Over the years we have forged excellent relationships with many of the major chipboard manufacturers, particularly with EGGER and Kronospan, two of the biggest producers globally.

EGGER.

EGGER have several MFC production sites in Europe with most of their UK production coming from Hexham in the North East of England.

Their range is extensive, covering hundreds of décors. The current EGGER Decorative Collection 24+ is home to over 250 décors, together with a range of matching accessories such as edging tapes and MDF.

Kronospan.

All Kronospan UK’s MFC is manufactured at their factory in Chirk, North Wales.

Their current range includes well over 200 décors, many of them in the Kronospan Trends Collection, notable for the cutting-edge, embossed printing technology that creates unique, repeat-free, classic oak woodgrain, marble, stone and concrete patterns across the whole board.
