There's no point beating around the bush: this year has been highly unusual, stressful and different in ways that none of us could ever have imagined.
It's given us a plethora of buzzwords and clichéd phrases alongside rules and regulations that like it or not, are going to be with us for the foreseeable future. On the plus side, the nationwide lockdown, coupled with the nice weather, gave us time to do some things that we should probably do more of: spending time with close family and pets, taking walks out in the local area, exercising more and appreciating things we'd normally pass by without a moment's hesitation.
Which leads us nicely onto our 2021 Photo Calendar. It's become a popular feature over the last few years, giving our trade customers the chance to showcase their creative skills. There are prizes to be won but that's surely a secondary consideration in having their photo appearing on office and workshop walls all over the UK?!
The brief for the HPP 2021 Calendar is very simple: we're looking for any photos taken during lockdown, or that represent what lockdown & the pandemic meant to you. Time spent with family, pets, going for local walks, creative projects that being furloughed allowed to you accomplish: the choice is yours!
As with previous years, it's very simple to enter your best 3 images into our calendar competition:

Please make sure you upload original images of the highest resolution possible: we often get many screenshots uploaded from mobile phones that are simply too small for printing to A4 size, or the 'small size' images from mobiles. For the best chance of being included, choose images of good quality, at the highest resolution for printing purposes.

The winners will be announced in early November and the 12 final entries will have their photo included in our 2021 calendar.
