Along with many other businesses and homes, we were badly affected by the floods in and around Sheffield over the last couple of weeks. Floodwaters have now receded on the site where HPP Sheffield is located but as expected we've suffered significant damage, in particular to our Trade Counter.
The cleaning up and drying out operation continues, along with repairing electrical systems, equipment and machinery in the warehouse. We have been able to fulfil some orders, although a significant amount of stock has been water-damaged. We hope to be able to fulfil all orders that normally would have come out of this site in the next week or so.
However, our Trade Counter remains closed to trade customers and the public, on account of the damage sustained, and it will remain closed until further notice. Please do not make arrangements to travel to the site, as only HPP staff and contractors will be on site to pick orders and continue the clean-up operation.
Once we're able to safely open the site to customers we'll communicate it here, within the Account Dashboard and via our social media channels.
