Terry Shaw has been with HPP for over 28 years and has seen a wide range of roles in that time; starting out as an apprentice before moving into other positions from being on the shop floor, in manufacturing, the machine shop, acting as a supervisor and a delivery driver, before finally moving into his existing role as Production Manager.
With such a strong story to tell of how apprentices can flourish and develop in a company like HPP, Training Times Magazine decided he was a fitting candidate to run a feature on, giving inspiration and hope to those younger people looking to start their career as an apprentice right now.
