Since the launch of our new website earlier this year, we've seen a considerable increase in online ordering thanks to some exciting new functionality which saw the introduction of our online quotes tool, door specifier and order history function to name but a few.
According to our customers, the tools we've implemented to date have helped save them time, money, and offer them better flexibility than ever before. We're pleased with the level of online service we're now able to offer our customers, but we're keen do even more to ensure you're getting the best from HPP, that's why we've recently recruited web developer Stuart Rose to support our busy online sales and marketing team.
Stuart, who started building websites at the age of just 12 years old will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the HPP website, and will be heavily involved in some of our more significant planned developments such as the addition of a 'cut to spec online quote system'. Once completed, this will allow our customers to request a quote for cut-to-size sheet material online without the need for fax or email specifications, making the process quicker and simpler than ever before.
Stuart will also be making daily improvements to the information you see online and the way the website works from product search to order completion and tracking.
When discussing the website, Stuart commented "The HPP site is already a great tool for our customers as it gives them a detailed portal of products, stock information and bespoke product ordering, as well as order tracking and history which can be accessed at any time and in any place by our customers to help them run their business more efficiently. In my opinion the functionality is some of the most flexible in the market, and I hope to build on the good work completed so far to continue to improve the service we offer our wide range of customers."
