Inserta Hinges install without screws. The cover on the hinge cup acts as a lever, expanding an anchoring device which secures the hinge into pre-drilled recesses.
If you are using the 170° hinge in furniture that can be accessed by small children it should be noted that it is possible for small fingers to get in-between the working mechanism of the hinge. In these cases a 155° zero protrusion hinge could be used as an alternative or all relevant doors should be fitted with child safety latches. This warning should be passed on to subsequent users of the product.
