Since its launch in February this year, our new online ordering system has been a huge success, generating uplifts in online sales of over 140% on average.
The new functionality, which offers users a fully bespoke online door ordering system, along with access to all other products available at HPP, was developed after close consultation with a wide range of HPP customers to ensure it fulfilled their needs and requirements, providing them with a totally tailored online experience.
Since its launch, the site has been performing very strongly indeed, generating significant increases in turnover, with one month recording a 198% increase compared to the same period last year. This success, we believe is down to listening to our customer's individual needs, and creating a system which not only satisfies those requirements, but also offers additional functionality to make their lives even easier and simpler when ordering for numerous projects.
The marketing and development team at HPP have also recently launched a quote archive system, which allows users to create a full jobs parts list, and save it online for a later date making ordering for projects a breeze. They are also working on numerous enhancements that will be added to the system in the coming weeks.
