Earlier this year we revealed that our delivery teams were in the process of trialling a new delivery tracking and digital signature capture system, we're really pleased to say the trial has been a huge success and the system is being rolled out across our entire fleet of delivery vehicles from today!
For all of our customers who took part in the trial, we thank you for your time and help in perfecting the system to meet the needs of the KBB industry.
Feedback from all customers has been really encouraging from the very start, with many being impressed with just what the system could do, and how effortless it made the delivery process as well as making planning for deliveries easier. As such we felt it was only right to fast-track the full launch of the system to all of our customers.
The system means that each consignment is carefully booked in and planned, with notifications and ETAs being sent to each customer at the start the day. ETAs can be checked at any point through the day using our website and the system further notifies after a delivery has taken place sending proof-of-delivery documentation within a few minutes.
A further benefit comes in the form of environmental impact too, with lots of trees being saved each year thanks to the new digital signature capture system allowing us to implement a paperless process.
