We have recently invested over £300,000 in the renovation of our existing fixtures and fittings facility, which has seen the installation of 3 state of the art, automated storage and picking machines.
The new units provide a centrally controlled automated picking system, which can select and deliver any one of our 3000+ accessories product range in as little as 10 seconds.
The vast improvements and efficiencies this installation brings means that customers collecting can take delivery of the goods they require much more quickly than ever before, and all cutomers will benefit from a higher level of picking accuracy.
The systems are fully integrated into our WMS and ERP systems also, meaning that orders will be pushed through from our sales office or website automatically, making the process hassle free for customers.
Items of varying shapes, sizes and weights in numerous locations and formats can be handled by the machines, with products being carefully organised and vertically optimised based on popularity, their sizings and the most efficient usage of space possible.
