We're pleased to say that HPP Oldham & HPP Sheffield have now reopened.
- Initially both branches will be open from 08:30 - 17:00.
- We'll do our best, but while we get back up and running, lead times and delivery days may be different to what you are used to.
- Our drivers will be operating in accordance with social distancing guidelines, they will therefore not be able to come within 2m of other people when making deliveries. Please bear this in mind when ordering and planning on receiving deliveries.

Having assessed the marketplace and wider situation we have decided to start a phased reopening of HPP Oldham from Monday, May 11th.
This will initially be on a limited scale to allow us to assess new procedures, new ways of working and most importantly, ways to ensure the health and wellbeing of all our staff, contractors and visitors to our site are implemented and maintained.
Overall, our aim is not to lose the gains that have been achieved from the restrictions of the lockdown period. We must avoid being risky or reckless. We need to remember why we closed in the first place.
To that effect, all departments will be reopening but with new procedures in place across the entire site to ensure that our operations are conducted in accordance with the government's social distancing guidelines.
There is no doubt that in addition to the nationwide disruption over the last few weeks, there will be some interruption to the high levels of service you would normally expect from us. We would ask that you work with us during this time as we all adjust to the new conditions that we will find ourselves working in.
While we work onsite to prepare for reopening, there is no need to wait until the 11th May to place orders though; log into your account as normal (www.hpponline.co.uk) or email your order to info@hpponline.co.uk. Delivery / collection dates will be confirmed once we have reopened.
We would like to thank you for your patience over the past few weeks and reassure you that all the decisions that we have taken up to now have been with the best interests of staff, customers, all of our partners and the national interest in mind. This will continue to be the case moving forward.
