It's almost a year since the massive overhaul of our online ordering system and website which is growing and improving significantly on a weekly basis. The system, launched in early 2013 has been a great success and has proved an invaluable resource for our customers' quoting, ordering and tracking processes.
The website is the gateway to all the information you might need about HPP and our products as well as offering a comprehensive ordering system allowing users to specify and save multiple quotes, and return to them at a later stage, making quoting end users much quicker and simpler, whilst also making the actual ordering and tracking of live jobs a doddle too.
Since the site's overhaul, we have had over a 300% rise in online orders, with more of our customers signing up to use the online functionality thanks to its ease of use and the ability to now specify and order bespoke doors at the touch of a button, meaning your ordering can be done anytime of the day, from anywhere in the world.
The ongoing development of the system wouldn't have been possible without the feedback provided by our customers for which are very grateful. Many of the best new features have been as a direct result of customer requests and 2014 looks set to be exciting and busy for our online team as we will see further developments and new functionality being added throughout the year. The new functionality will start to appear in the next couple of weeks and will include new features such as being able to view your account statement online and pay off outstanding invoices.
