Area Sales Manager - The Midlands

To support the continued growth of our business we are recruiting an Area Sales Manager for The Midlands. The successful candidate for this remote role will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for maintaining and developing this established geographic area.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing existing customer relationships
  • Identifying and converting prospective customers for new business as well as developing up and cross sell opportunities with current customers
  • Providing quotations to prospects / customers and following through to close
  • Improving brand awareness in the area
  • Seeking out and exploiting new opportunities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven sales background
  • Preferably have some experience within the KBB industry
  • Be self-motivated, with a pro-active and positive mindset
  • Be an excellent communicator who is able to engage with both customers and colleagues at all levels

National Sales Manager

To support the continued growth of our business we are recruiting a National Sales Manager. The role will be mainly office based at our HQ in Oldham with the option of working from home one day a week. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Director with a view to ensuring that the company's sales objectives across all regions in the country are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the internal and external sales teams
  • Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit targets
  • Set team targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team towards monthly achievements
  • Conduct sales meetings to align strategies and goals
  • Directly manage and develop a small number of key accounts
  • Develop opportunities with both prospective & existing customers

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven sales background

Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to join our sales team as a customer service administrator.

Working in a busy sales office duties will include; answering phone calls, processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • A high level of computer literacy
  • A good telephone manner
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team and under their own initiative
  • Relevant and /or industry specific experience will be beneficial but is not essential
