Role at HPP: Sales Advisor / Carrier Liaison / Return Material Authoriser
I am the main person to liaise with the carriers and help to solve any issues with despatched deliveries once the team have notified me. This can be quite a demanding role and involves quite a bit of investigating, which I actually find really rewarding. I also tend to be the main person to deal with Return Material Authorisation (RMA), arranging returns and looking into why an item needs to come back, or arranging credit if we have had photographic evidence of damage to any goods supplied.
Favourite product in the HPP range:
One of our new ranges, the Boston Concrete Worktops and Real Oak worktops, which I personally think will sell like hot cakes! They help to take our worktops offering to a whole new level and have a great level of texture!
Best party trick:
Staying sober… (Not possible) I'm well known at HPP for getting drunk and managing to burn my fingers whilst frying bacon...oops!
