Anyone who has a HPP account can register for an online account. Simply fill in our Request an Online Account form or contact us and we will have you setup online in no time. If you are a trade customer but do not have a HPP account you will need one before you can log in. The best way to do this is by filling in our New Account Signup form or by downloading and filling in the account application form.

Yes! You can order every HPP product through the website. Although online ordering is restricted to customers who have a trade account with HPP. If you have a trade account with us and do not have login details you can get them by filling in our Request an Online Account form. If you are a trade customer and wish to open an account with us you can fill in our New Account Signup form.

All of our offices and trade counters are open Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm.

Yes, HPP are a trade only business.

Once you are logged in all the prices displayed are your prices. You can see your prices by browsing the catalogue and using the various product builders.

Alternatively, once you are logged in you can access our Product Guides & Price Lists from your Account Dashboard. These are all designed to be printer friendly quick reference guides for each of our product categories.

Yes! When you submit an order you can choose to pay using a debit/credit card when you checkout.

Fittings and all of our doors can be delivered nationwide using either our own fleet of vehicles or express carrier. Bulkier items such as worktops, full sheets and cut and edged can only be delivered using our own fleet of vehicles within a varying radius of our branches. Delivery outside of these areas can be arranged subject to minimum order quantities and/or carriage charges, contact us for more information. Of course you are more than welcome to collect goods from any of our branches or arrange for your own carrier to come and collect on your behalf.

Customers with an online account can order or generate a quote for cut to specification board using the cut to spec ordering page which is accessible from the my account dashboard.

Yes! Logged in customers can find our Image Download Centre from on the Account Dashboard. You can download various different resources including roomset images, door & décor images, images of our fittings products and more.
