How do I register for a HPPonline account?
Anyone who has a HPP account can register for an online account simply contact us and we will have you setup online in no time. If you are a trade customer but do not have a HPP account you will need one before you can log in. The best way to do this is by downloading and filling in the account application form.
Can I place an order online?
Ordering online is restricted to customers who have a trade account with HPP. If you have a trade account with us and do not have login details you can get them by e-mailing info@hpponline.co.uk or by contacting us. If you are a trade customer and wish to open an account with us you can download the account application form or contact us for more information.
What can I order online?
Online ordering is available on all off the shelf products i.e. full sheets, cut and edged and fittings. Cut to spec orders should be faxed to us on 0800 146 209 so they can be optimised and scheduled by our planning department. All door orders should be faxed or submitted by e-mail to sales@hpponline.co.uk. It is best to use one of our priority order froms to ensure trouble free processing. Please remember to be as comprehensive as possible to help avoid unnecessary delays to your orders.
Do HPP only sell to trade customers?
HPP are primarily a trade only business, however we are happy to sell to the general public. Many of our products are available to buy online at our retail website www.doorsandfittings.co.uk however if you can’t find what you are looking for there feel free to contact us or visit us at one of our branches.
How do I check my prices?
Once logged in you can see your own prices in a couple of ways.
- Browsing the catalogue to individual products.
- Use of our product range guides which are available from your account homepage. These are all designed to be printer friendly quick reference guides for each of our product categories.
Can I pay online?
At the moment the site has no online payment option. If you have a credit account with us the order will simply be added to your account and invoiced as usual. If your account does not have a credit facility you can still order online. Once you submit your order a member of our sales team will contact you to arrange payment.
What areas do HPP deliver to?
Fittings, vinyl doors and Duo PVC edged doors can be delivered nationwide using either our own fleet of vehicles or express carrier. Bulkier items such as worktops, full sheets and cut and edged are can only be delivered using our own fleet of vehicles within a radius of approximately 150 miles of either of our branches. Delivery outside of this area can be arranged subject to minimum order quantities and/or carriage charges, contact us for more information. Of course you are more than welcome to collect goods from any of our branches or arrange for your own carrier to come and collect on your behalf.
